A cool and creative way for your children to learn, Sarasota Art Museum is back again this year with Weekly Summer Art Camps! Available for ages 7 to 13, young artists will get a chance to look closely, experiment with new materials, and try new techniques with the Museum as their classroom.
Each week from June 3 through July 26, campers will explore new themes, activities, and projects inspired by art and artists on view at the Museum. A contemporary art museum with constantly changing galleries, Sarasota Art Museum always has something new and exciting to see.
Along with teaching new skills and techniques, Teaching Artists will work with campers to install their very own Art Show! From Under the Sea to Fantastic Imaginary Creatures, each session will have a different theme, so campers are encouraged to enroll in multiple sessions.
